Have you had your iron levels checked?  I was sooo exhausted during the 2nd trimester of my last pregnancy, much more so than in the1st trimester.  Yeah right you get your old energy back after 13 weeks!  My iron levels were at the lowest point of the normal range, but I believe that the "normal range" isn't normal for everyone.   I wish now that I had started taking iron supplements after that.  Anyway, it could be that that's causing your exhaustion.  I also agree that exercise would help but that's much easier said than done!

I know it might seem hard but go on a mile walk every day and add some more excersize into your daily rutine. After awhile you will start to feel a hold lot better. !

I was that exact same way. I was so tired and if I didn't sleep at least 10 hours, I felt like I was zombie :( Try adding more fruits and veggies to your diet. I also drank 7up and whenever I did, I got more energy, but it might be different for you. The tiredness will soon subside.
