Ok girls now we have all thought about what we would name our babies as kids, teens and adults. .....And we have all changed our minds!

So with this post everyone should think about the names they used to want (or still do) and put them down and then put down what names you have used for your kids or what you want to use currently!

I will give an example with mine!

When I was a kid I loved the name Alexis Rory and Connor
Then as a teen I decided I would name my kids Lana Jean, Maya Lynn, and Jayden Levi.
Now as an adult those names are out the window and I want to use the name Thea, Jocelyn and ...I am not sure about a boy. Funny how I always assumed I will have 2 girls and a boy! lol

Now what about you!? Any explanation for the names is awesome too!

As a child I dont remember but as a teen I loved the names Mackenzie and Austen.

As a adult I love the names Cammile, Aiden, Kierra, Kaiden

But I have the two names I had picked out for my kids which are Kyleigh Emmalyne  (after my grandma) and Chadwin Tanner (after his daddy) . My son was going to be Mackezie Alexandriana and my daughter was going to be Jakob Alexander....

Now if I get pregnant in the future which i desperatly want it will be Zoie Alexandria or Jakob Alexander (my grandfather who means alot to me is mack alexander)

I have set my heart on Chloe for a girl and i have no clue for a boy at all!!! When i was a teen i always wanted to call my baby boy Jordan but i have very quickly changed my mind now as it reminds me too much of Jordan i.e Katie Price!!! I also loved the names Natasha, Kayleigh and Shannon and needless to say i have gone off them now too!!!!
How strange is it we change the names as our hormones change maybe??!!!

Ok when I was about 7 years old or so I liked the name Scott for a boy and Roxanne for a girl.

Around 12 years old I liked the name Ryan for a boy and Nicole for a girl.

Teen years I liked Damien for a boy and Chloe for a girl.

Now I still like the name Chloe but for a boy ???? my boyfriend likes Damien I don't know if I like it anymore.

When I was young, I didn't want kids.  ;)  then when I was a younger adult, I loved the names Alexandra and Katherine (my name).  for a boy I liked Logan and Trent.  
I still like my name (it's incidentally my mother's name also).  lol.  I like the name Trent, but if we have a boy it will be Daniel Michael after family, and another boy name is Isaac Andrew.  For a girl I like Kathryn Isabella.  I don't know what hubby has to say about girl names, but I know he approves of the boy ones.

Jame- yeah jocelyne is my name spelt with an e at the end of course i love my name :) it was actually a males name in the midevil times lol kool huh ;)

motherofan18month- i love the name raelynn too but my boyfriend said no soo but my sisters husband said if they have a girl he wants to name her realynn just found this out last nite :( took my name well atleast it will be named after me :) jocelyne rae is my name so put them together what do you get lol

in my family the woman name there daughters after the grandmothers  i would like to keep that tradition but nothing goes with helen my moms middle name :( ill find something tho.

when and if i get pregnant i doubt the baby will have a name for some time lol i want it to be unique and not soo common


oh and i love the name ashlynn but thats my boyfriends neicees middle name so thats out:( lol

I know I could go on forever with weird and wacky names.  I really like Landon Thomas too!  We are both stuck on Landon for a boy so I guess we'll wait until AF is to be due on the 15th if his dreams come true....finally!!

Like (I think) Jame mentioned, Robert + Martin = Robin  =D  I do love my comic book characters.  lol  

I can't think of any combos of Robert, Martin, Donald, or Thomas that sound good.  hehe ...I end up with weird sounding things like Robald, Donmar, Aldbert, and Thomald.  =D  Actually, I think Landon Robert or Landon Thomas sound the best (if Landon is most definitely the first name you've chose).

You can always choose one name now for your first son, and if you're blessed with another son, choose the next name.  As I said in my post, I seriously need to have about 50 kids so I can use all the names I love!  =D

i was said that i would name my little girl jacqueline marie and my little boy john patrick. i hate the name john now because my husband has about 10 family members with that name.

now, my husband and i decided if we ever have a girl, we will name her julie faith. if i ever had another little girl we would name her georgia mae. we like the names dean, collin, and sam for boys.

Robin would be kinda clever!!  He was the sidekick....good combo!  I'll have to give that idea to DH and see what he thinks.  At least we have a girls name picked out and the boy's first name.  

Avanaar - got any ideas for a cute boy's middle name.  Dh wants Robert after his grandfather and I would like Martin after my father or Donald after my grandfather.  I could also use Thomas too.  Wonder what would be a cute combinied with one or two of them??

OMG, I just remembered one of my 'old' girl names!!  Aurora Rose!  =D  I loved Disney's Sleeping Beauty when I was younger and always thought she was so beautiful!

I can't remember any names I picked out when I was a kid, but in my teenage years I made a list of names I wanted to use for my future children.  I can remember most of the boys names pretty clearly:  

Scott (b/c I loved Quantum Leap and thought Scott Bakula was hot! lol)
David (again ...I was in love with an actor with this name ...don't laugh tho!!  It was David Hasselhoff 'cause I loved him in Knight Rider ...hated Baywatch tho!)
Peter (...ya know, Spider-man's alter ego lol ...I was a weird teenage girl)
Christopher (voice actor for the cartoon version of Spidey!)

And I have no idea what girls names I liked back then.  Bet if I scoured my room at my parents house I could find that list!!  lol

In 2002, or so, I came up with the name Jiana for a girl.  It was actually a misspelling (on my part) of a character from Warcraft III: Jaina Proudmoore.  I was trying to come up with a new username for something I was signing up for, and thought, "I'll use that name I liked from Warcraft!"  But then I spelled it wrong, but I loved it anyway.  I've been using it since then, and decided it was a perfect name for my future daughter.  When I told the name to my (future) hubby, he absolutely adored it.  And it's a little ironic ...I met my husband in World of Warcraft.  Apparently, Blizzard has a plan for us!  =D

Around the same time I thought up Jiana, I wanted to use the name Thomas as my future son's name.  It's the middle name of my grandfather, who I was raised by with my grandmother and mom.  He was my male role model for nearly 10 years before my mom married my step-father (who's more like my real father anyway), and I was very close to my grandpa.  Unfortunately, my oldest cousin named *his* son Thomas (because it's also his father's middle name too) ... then a few years later my best friend named her son Thomas.  So I decided it would be my son's middle name.

I came up with the name Aiden and absolutely loved it, despite its popularity.  When I told hubby about Jiana, I gave him Aiden as well.  He liked it but he has a J name tradition, so all we did was stick a J in front of it ...Jaiden.  Again, a popular name (hubby's son and his g/f named their second son Jaiden with a diff. spelling tho) ...but we're sticking with it anyway because we love it so much.  And I love spelling it J-a-i, because hubby's nickname is Jaimie, so it mimics his name wonderfully!!

About a week ago, my mom suggested using hers and my father's middle names to make a middle name for Jiana ('cause we're still thinking!).  John + Linda = Johlin (I would spell it Jolynn for a girl tho).  I still can't get over the double J sounds, but I absolutely adore the name as a first name.  Johlin (Joel-in) for a boy and Jolynn (Jo-lynn) for a girl!!  Parents do have some good ideas ...sometimes! lol

Okay, sorry this is so hugely long!!  I *LOVE* names and coming up with different combinations ...that's why it's so hard to pick just one!!  I've decided I need to have, like, 50 children so I can use all the names I love!!!

Well when i was a kid i always wished my name was Sara so when i d play house that would be my name lol!! but as teen i didnt really like this girl named sara so that was out. I thought if i had a boy someday it would Jaymeson Alexander and girl i have always like Serena but both of those are out my cousin had a boy 2 yrs ago and his middle name is Alexander. Now i really love Gabriella but come to found out thats my DH's aunts name grrrr lol so im leaning toward Giana except im not Italian and neither is my DH. Boy name not too sure I love Isaak but we shall see. One middle name thats never changed for a girl is Kristine and that wont if i have a girl its after my mom and my great grandma. Boys middle name of course will be after my DH so Ricardo it is!! oh but my dh may change this too cus this is his middle name lol!

ok  names well growing up   i always like   Michelle and  Micheal i know  strange when i had my  Daughter  in 2002 it change i  named her  Shayla Melissa  and then when i had my  son  I  name  him  Devin ALexander

ok so girls names were always ready for me

girls: Josephine Alona (after 2 great grandmothers) Jocelyn Anastasia, and Lorelei Rose (after DH's mom and grandmother ) if i am having a girl now it will be Josephine Alona with maybe on more middle name as the DH's grandmother is currently unwell and will pass on soon..

As for boys this has been the battle of the century with the DH and I
if we have a son now its Giovanni David.
if i have my way my next son will me Gabriel Michael, Or Jackson Daniel....

When I was a teenager I used to say that I wanted to name my kids after presidents.  It just happened to work out that all of the names I liked were from presidents.

Boys - Carter, Reagan, Jefferson

Girls - Kennedy, McKinley, Taylor

Now I am naming my little boy Landen Scott and if he was a girl he would have been Lilly Grace.

i like the name  realynn....i actually worked with a girl named rayanne realynn and her younger sisters name was autumn ryeland ......i would have still named my first daughter capri if my SIL hadn't decided to name her daughter diamond capri.....i also picked out joshawa kerby  (after dh's brother and dad who both passed when he was very young) for my son but my SIL used joshawa jagger for her son from now on i am not going to tell her what i plann to name my kids! LOL!!!

and now.... my sons name is kerby dylan (kerby after my hubbies father who passed 14 years ago) and if i have a girl in the near future i want to name her either khloe delayne or    larryn jolee (larry after my dad, jo after my MIL, and lee after me and hubby since both our middles names are lee) and if i have another boy his name will most definetly be kyler preston (preston after my dad) okay i think i may have complicated everyone! just read slowly and you'll understand everything .......LOL!!!!!!!!

And of course the cake topper: DH wanted to have that rapper Eminem's real name as our first son's name! (this was about 4-5yrs ago!)

When I was younger for girls I liked the names Hannah, Cheyenne, Anna, April and Brianna, for boys I liked the names Lucas, Scott and Aiden.

Now (although i'm not actually pregnant), for girls its Madelynn Avery and Hayley Isabella and for boys its Graysen Peter, the Peter is after my father who passed away when i was 10, and I want to use Henry as a middle name if possible Im just not sure what would go with it as a first name.

when i was a kid, i never thought of names....
when i was 18, a super good friend was in a fatal wreck, so i decided boy or girl, the name would be Jerry Lynn for girl, Jerry Lee for boy.....

in 2004 when i became a cna, i soooo loved one of our patients names, katyrae....and i wanted that! i even asked how it sounded with my ex's name, and she said "good, but mine is better" lol.....i was changing it to katherine rae(call her katyrae), b/c my g-ma was katherine and she died in 2001 also.....

well, i've always liked alexander, so that's his middle name lol....chris loves it too, and now we've decided to name the baby Christopher Alexander.....same initials and 1st name as daddy, but he'll go by alex.....for a girl, we were going with elizabeth diana, which has a sad but funny story-when chris was 12 his mom m/c'd a girl, her name was to be elizabeth dawn(df's dad is don).....well i thought elizabeth went well w/abigail(df's daughter), and i picked diana after MIL....then i get told by MIL that she'd LOVE that name, as that had been her pick.....when i told her about the diana part, she was surprised i think, but i know she liked it!!!!

It is very unlikely i will use any of those, during my last pregnancy we couldn't agree on any names but this time we are going to find out the sex and have a few names picked out and deciede at the time

Oh I know how you feel! I will never name any kid of mine Katie! lol There is this lil pudgey girl that is in love with my boyfriend because they had special ed together and he would actually talk to her ( I guess noone else really ever did) so she was all about him. She works at the grocery store by my house so whenever we go in there she always gets all (annoyingly)chatty with him and acts all cute lol and her name is Katie, so anytime I hear the name I think of her haha. He like...tries not to go into the line shes working at because she just gushes over him haha.

And personally, I hate eminem...I don't think he's talented at all and some of his songs are just stupid and immature...and violently disgusting..So no thanks to Marshall hah
