Fainting

So this afternoon I laid down on the couch I fell asleep so I decided to go back to bed I stood up and walked about 6-7 feet and everything went black and I had to hold myself up on the wall my knees were wobbling and I almost fell over.

I know that getting light headed is common in pregnancy when you move from laying down to sitting or standing to fast.

It just scared me that everything wen black and I almost fell.

I had the same thing in my first trimester.  It was due to low blood pressure, and there was not much they were able to do (very common).  They just said don't get up fast, stay hydrated, make sure you eat frequently to keep blood sugar levels stable, and rest when needed.  Hope you feel better!

I know what you mean though. I literally fell on the floor when I was about 2 or 3 months pregnant with my first son and it was from being dehydrated. I actually hit the floor though... twice. It was terrible but my baby was fine and besides the throwing up afterwords I was definitely fine too =) I hope that you feel better soon... Just take it easy =)
