False miscarriage

I am 20 years old and this is my second child. Two weeks ago I went to the ER & they told me I miscarried, didn't so a dnc because they saw no baby. A week later I was back in the ER, being told I had a very healthy baby and something called pregnancy hemmorages which is usually seemed a miscarriage. Has anyone ever experienced this? I am 10 weeks and 6 days, very nervous.

With my 3rd pregnancy i had hemmorraged too at around 9 weeka, it.was from the placenta attaching. Bed rest, no sex, and no lifting helped me get through. Once i made it to 13 weeks i was fine and the hemmorrages went away.
