Your symptoms sound exactly like mine in the first trimester. That fatigue is no joke. For the nausea ginger ale helped me a lot, the only thing that helped with the fatigue was moving into the second trimester (so much better now). I got waaaay behind at work too, but I just told myself I was growing a baby and that was hard work...hopefully in a few weeks it will lighten for you too.

Also make sure you're drinking plenty of water. Bring dehydrated will make you feel worse.

Unfortunately I don't think there's a magic cure. I eat lots of veggies. I try to eat things high in iron and B12. Get lots of sleep and get up and walk around when you can. The fatigue has been the worst part of pregnancy for me. Prenatal yoga is good too. By 12 or 13 weeks you should start feeling better. Take advantage of it. I'm 27 weeks and the fatigue is coming back:( but all of it will be worth it in the end!
