Feeling wierd

So I am 20 weeks pregnant and today i have been feeling wierd....I am having pains all over my stomche that hurt and also i have been feeling very sick, with some blurry vision(not very bad)!
This is my second pregnancy so i know something isnt right? Could be just a flu or are these symptoms a sign of anything else? I am scared i am having early Contractions!

Could it be that your stomach is stretching?  I TOO had blurry vision with my pregnancy-how wierd!  You may be having braxton hicks.  I had them throughout...

hope you get to feeling beter, but you can never be to carefull, ex if your having pains and vision problems. keep us posted.

hey amanda. if your in dout go to the er. it wouldnt hurt to be check just to make sure. hope everything is well
