Fetal Doppler, cant find heart beat :(((((
Idk if im freaking out for nothing but I havent help my boy move for awhile so I decided to use the fetal doppler and I couldn't find his heartbeat.
Usually he's very active and I can hear at least SOMETHING like his heart or some kicks but I didnt hear anything.
I tried laying down flat and then on both sides and even on all fours and I still could not hear anything.
im sort of freaking out.

This might make you feel better: I'm 37 weeks and baby was estimated 7lbs today at my ultrasound. Last week at 36 weeks the doctor had a hard time time finding the heartbeat at first. That's an almost full term baby and a doctor! So don't freak too soon if you can't find it yourself so early along. Do call the doctor though, they'll bring you in and get you checked. I hope everything's OK. <3
U cant b sure abt using th device.... Docs midwives do it better n in 19 plus weeks ftm nvr felt anythng in my belly no movemnt
hi.. try not to freak out.. i know youre excited and all but baby is still too small and may be hiding..if you really want to see/hear something amazing, id recommend getting an ultrasound.. it always make my heart jump to joy when i see my little baby bear inside me moving.. then at night i feel flutters even while im just 13 weeks and 2 days..

Those are not as accurate as a doctors doppler. Also, they have training and experience to find the heartbeat. Those can pick up any activity in your stomach. Don't worry. I don't recommend using those. If you're worried go in, but I'm sure baby is just fine.

Im sure everything is fine. Alot of babies hate dopplers because they can be loud for their ears. I have one and some days ill find it in seconds and some days it take patience and time. Walk around for 5 minutes and try it again. If you are absolutely worried out of your mind yhan call the OB-GYN to check on baby. Hope everything is ok

This is funny. I just read ur previous posts. 15 years old and can't decide whose more important ur child or the father. And ur saying u should have aborted the baby because u guys are fighting about the baby. But yet ur so worried about this baby u don't even want?
I first used mines at 13 weeks I believe and found it pretty fast. I use it now about once a week.
I wanted one of those but I know how I am, i would probably freak out everytime if I didnt hear the heart beat every second lol even if everything was okay so I just didnt go there :)
I was hearing my baby heartbeat when I was around 18 weeks I was also freaking out and he wasn't moving I did an ultrasound and he was fine moving around like a fish so don't stress out
I have one that I bought from China n find mines faster then my midwife does but they say don't get alarmed if you can't find it. Put a flashlight on your tummy, eat something spicy, put music on your tummy, & even shake your belly a lil
