Fetal movement count

Hello everyone. I am going into my 29th week and I know I should be doing the fetal movement count, but kindof wanted to check that I have the numbers right. From what I remember from the last time, you are suppose to lay down and count how long it takes to feel 10 movements. If it takes longer then an hour then you call the Dr.? Does this sound right?
Thanks.

To be honest with both of my pregnancies i never once counted their movements at all. Nvm i did once with my son because i was having contractions that made him stop moving. but everything turned out okay. Congrats 11 more weeks

Some doctors say 1 hour, others say 2. My midwife said it was 10 movements in 1 hour during babys normal activity times. (so don't try to count them when you know baby won't be moving too much)
