Flintstones vitamins vs prenatal vitamins

I've been having such a bad time with prenatal vitamins I take zofran and it still couldn't keep it down. My doctor told me to eat Flintstones vitamins and I was wounding do they fast better then the prenatal? Anyone having troubles taking them?

A lot of regular gummies do not have iron or enough folic acid so you have to watch for that.

I take the Flintstones gullies and they are good. I took them with my first two and they are 8 & 4 now. Im taking them again with my 3rd.  Just take two at a time.

I take gummy prenatals from walmart, they dont taste bad and as long as u have some food before they dont make u nauseous

I take nature made liquid gel prenatal vitamins with dha. Liquid geeks are much much easier on your tummy than reg vit. As for Flintstones I've never agreed with that bc you have to take two to get everything you need then you get more of done stuff than is even in one prenatal like iron for example which for me leads to constipation couple that with the zifran bc it too caused me constipation my first pregnancy and I couldn't poo for days f*** that.

I took gummy prenatals from cvs. They were delicious!   I went through a bad spell of nause and they were easy to keep down.
