Freezing

Hi I am 5 weeks pregnant and I am always cold. My feet feels like ice with socks on in the house and my upper body is so cold to the point whereas I'm in the house with my coat on zipped up with the Hood on. Can someone give me some advice on what I can do or drink please I'm freezing over here....

Thanks a lot for all the suggestions. But I do have a heating pad which I used but I layed it across and diagonally on my stomach,could something have went wrong. This morning my back is hurting very bad in the bottom what that means. I'm gonna go to the hospital today when I get off of work.

Whooops...stupid phone...anyway...it will bring up your core temp...just dont get your hair wet cuz that will pull body heat... :)

Get your iron checked...im not only anemic but iron deficient...i have to get IV iron infusions...and when its low i get really really cold all the time...so call your drs and let them know...ask to have your iron checked...I always take a hot shower when i get cold to the core...it wilk bring

Try the heating pad but avoid your abdominal area. I always have freezing feet & hands & then at bedtime I'm having hot flashes. Try thermal socks & layer them.

I know how being hot is I can't have my apartment over 55° or I start to sweat LOL

My feet used to get sooooo cold right at the beginning of my pregnancy. I would put my feet in the bathtub with nice warm water. Worked great. Try taking a warm bath or shower :)

A warm milk would be nice if you can do it (I couldn't)...also keep in mind almost all body heat is lost through head and feet....so wear a lot of socks and a nice warm hat .....also you can get a heating pad to place on your feet or hands although I wouldn't reccomend using it any where near your core.....hope that helps
