I passed! That orange syrup they made me drink at the hospital lab was AWFUL!  All of my numbers were below the target so I'm cleared!  YEAH!

Thanks - I can't remember what time I finished dinner but I am done for the night with eating.  My test is at 7:30 - or scheduled to start that early!  Wish me luck!

I failed my 1hr with 147 and just got the results I passed the 3hr. My friend who is 28 weeks like me had a number of 172 for 1hr and passed her 3 hr also. I think you will be fine just dont eat for 10 hrs before the test.

Yep, I failed my first test, and then passed my three hour test.  My doc didn't tell me not to eat within twenty four hours of the test though, so I had breakfast.  Make sure you go for you blood work first thing in the a.m. Don't eat after midnight, or have breakfast, and you may be just fine!  Good luck.

I was loving fruit juice too.  I started watering mine down some after failing my sugar tests.  It is not as good, but it was better than plain old water all the time.  Are you having a girl?  I had a HUGE sweet tooth with my DD and really don't want anything to do with sweets with my son.

No diet was given to follow but I am to fast after midnight prior to the test Wednesday morning.

I'm a huge juice fan - I feel like I drink nothing but water so an occassional juice I figure is okay -but that'll change.  I do have a big sweet tooth but I'll be sure to watch it now.

Thanks again ladies. I'll post on here how things go Wed morning.

I failed both of my 1 hour tests and passed both 3 hour tests.  Just be sure to watch your sugar intake over the next week.  Lots of water, go easy on juice and sweets.  Fruit juice has a very high concentration of sugar, if you are loving juices right now, water them down a little.  Watch the starches too..all of these were suggestions when I failed my one hour test.

In all of my 4 previous pregnancies I have failed the 1 hr.  I have however passed all of the 3 hour.  With my last one I was borderline but never had any issues.

I failed but passed my 3 hour. A lot of people fail their first but pass their 3rd.
