At least im not alone. Ive been having diarrea lately though. Maybe i have or am getting some type of bug. Or maybe this baby just thinks mommy needs to be more active. Lol. I know they say lay on left but pretty sure i broke ribs again on that side so i have been right side or in the chair only lately

Maybe it's the way the baby is laying. I experience it sometimes, and I am on heartburn meds and zofran as well. I know its suggested you lay on your left side, but you can lay on your right side as well, if it helps. Also, sometimes I get nauseous when I have constipation, if thats the problem maybe talk to a doctor about it, they can help. If you enjoy yogurt, activia is the bomb to help regulate your digestve tract. Also, try eating around 7ish, and eat small portions, but lots of meals, rather thab one big heavy dinner.
