Guyzzzzz. Strep throat!
I don't know what safe to take or do!! Help!
you really need to take the trip to your dr if it's strep. Untreated strep can lead to pneumonia and rheumatic fever. Strep throat is a bacterial infection that will NOT go away on its own. Only antibiotics get rid of it.
I have chloroseptic but I wasn't sure if it's safe or not. I don't wanna make the trip to the dr. Just anything at home that's fast? It ***** to swallow :(
My ob said its safe to use most cough drops...and chloraseptic spray is safe..it numbs ur throat and u can get it at the pharmacy.
If you tested positive for strep throat your doc should put you on antibiotics asap. They should also be able to tell you if you can take anything over the counter to help with the soreness. Feel better!
