HCG Lowering.. no sign of Ectopic.. no sign of Pregnancy in uterus?? What is going on?

I found out I was pregnancy on June 11th via Blood test. The Beta HCG was at 60,

June 15th                  130
June 15th Ultra sound- Free Fluid in endometrial cavity.  Endometrial lining definately thickening. No sign of gestational sac.
June 18th                  260
June 22nd                 590
June 24th                  572

June 25th Ultra sound..  No sign of free fluid in my endometrial cavity as there was on June 15th, no sign of any other free fluid which would suggest ectopic pregnancy, and no gestational sac found in my uterus either.

My last period was May 7th.  I am generally 35-37 or 40 day cycle.

I have no Spotting or bleeding, No cramping and  No pain!

I have had 2 miscarriages in the past as well as 1 Ectopic.

What is going on?

Has anyone experiened anything like this before??

I am worried about another ectopic because they can't find it in my uterus..  :-(  Plus when they did my first ultra sound there was fluid in my uterus.  So the radiologist said that it could indicate an ectopic pregnancy!

Just waiting on the results of my HCG levels today!  I can't stand the wait.

Im really sorry you are going through this.  Is there any reason why you are concerned about an ectopic, other than you have had one before?  Do you have a condition that would put you at higher risk for this condition?  Ectopic pregnancys are typically rare and unless your tubes are blocked as the result of a disease (e.g. severe PCOS) then there is no reason to think you would experience a 2nd ectopic pregnancy.

The Dr's said they don't know for sure at this point.  They can't say one way or another. They said that there is not a viable pregnancy in my uterus.. but no signs of ectopic at this point  So they are just watching my levels and hoping they continue to decrease.

I went today for more blood work. Just waiting on the results.

I am not a medical doctor but HCG levels should double every 2-3 days.  What is concerning is that your numbers dropped from June 22nd-24th which is not a good sign and could indicate miscarriage.

What did your doctor say about all your results?  You are not displaying classical signs of ectopic.

I am just worried about it being another ectopic..  They had to remove the tube the last time so I am worried about my only option for another pregnancy being IVF.  My husband said he would not want to go down that route..  So lots of emotions over the last few weeks...

I hear you, I really do! I actually had a daughter, miscarriage, daughter, miscarriage and now I'm pregnant with our 3rd daughter. So I DO understand this limbo you're in. I'd wait 2 weeks to have another sonogram in the off-chance that you just caught this pregnancy REALLY early!

No I do not know why I had the other miscarriages. They were early on and I had 2 normal pregnancies following them.  Actually I had miscarriage..  full term pregnancy..  miscarraige..  full term pregnancy..  ectopic.

Now I have this pregnancy and I don't know what is going on with it.

Sooo frustrating.

Your numbers are rising strangely, but even slow-rising HCG isn't always indication of impending miscarriage. Based on your HCG numbers you wouldn't see anything in the uterus just yet. The numbers are just too low to see anything.

Do you know why you had 2 miscarriages in the past? Get your progesterone levels checked and take progesterone supplements if your levels are under 20. And have you been tested for blood clotting disorders?
