HELP advice NEEDED

I was wondering if any one may know of anyways to induce labor at home. My docter told to walk walk walk but since it is cold outside I can't really do that much walk and my back would not allow it. And she also said sex but with these pains that I have been feeling that is out of the question. It hurts to even think about it. I was wondering if anyone had any other advice? Please help!!!!!

Thank you. I do have stairs so I will try that. And I am very desperate so I will try sex too thank you again.

I walked up and down the stairs in my house (if you have any).

Try taking a REALLY calm and relaxing bath (not too hot) unless your water has broken.

Having sex will help. Sperm is thought to soften the cervix. You said it hurts, but maybe you could try if you're desperate.

I had sex the night before I went into labor and gave birth. :-)
