HELP!

Okay ladies. I'm now 3 days past my due date. I lost my mucous plug almost a week ago and i am dilated to 3cm. BUT my little girl just does not want to come out! I've tried walking, spicy foods and hitting bumps in the car. Any other ideas!? I WANT HER OUT NOW!!!!

sex!! lots and had glass of red wine and waters broke few hours later and my baby came on his due date three weeks ago :) good luck xx

I know how you feel.     I'm 9 days overdue, 3cm dilated and effaced.    MW could feel my waters bulging.     Technically I should be having painful contractions, but I'm not.    They are only mildly uncomfortable, although regular.    MW said I just need a few strong contractions or my waters to go to get me admitted, but they just don;t seem to be coming at all.      I've never eaten so much spicy food, driven over bumpy roads, bounced on my birthing ball and had sex - also loads of walking (like 4 miles a day) and had 3 sweeps done and still NOTHING :(     SO depressed right now, this baby does not want to come into this world and I'm not getting induced until Tuesday morning :( x

I feel your pain, girl! I'm 6 days overdue and lost my mucus plug 2 and a half weeks ago! My boy doesn't want to come out and my dr wouldn't induce until next week. I'm gonna have a BIG baby!

Have you tried bouncing on a yoga ball? Lol I knowsome women do that

SEX if you haven't tried it yet do it seriously sometimes it doesn't always work but it did for me! Had sex with my daughters dad on xmas morning at 130am and within two hours i was on my way tothe hospital i had her at 1130am xmas morning i had been dialated to almost a4 got a few weeks before hand so idk if that helped or not but semen makes your body release a natural chemical called oxytocin its the natural version of pitocin which is used when they induce you in the hospital good luck i hope something works soon for you so you can meet your new little one :)

Lucky! My doctor won't induce me. She refuses. I hope you have a good and easy labor. Will keep you and the little one in my prayers. But no my doctor has not done one. I will ask on monday at my app if she doesnt come before that! Good luck on sunday!

Im 4 days overdue but thank God im being induced on sunday. Ive tried everything too. Im sry ur goingthru this it can b pretty depressing. I wish i could help but i really dont know either tho lol i hope baby comes soon for u. Ill b thinking of u lol. Has ur dr tried a membrane sweep?
