as hanacabana suggested, i drink warm milk (never added the honey, but it sounds yummy) every single night before bed. not only is it soothing, it also ensures that i get some extra vitamins because i normally am not much of a milk/dairy person. so, it does double good for me :-)
Not really a remedy but i found if i set up a mini pre bed routine each night of getting tired (by reading ect) then making a small drink/mix of milk and honey (quite sweet) warming it up and drinking it while in bed then immediately going to sleep. Something about the warmth and i guess the mental association with sleep sets me off really well when nothing else will. Bad for you teeth though...
