Milk and cookies knocked me out very good recently and a favorite pillow helps. Also being held by bd :)

I do believe the baby can receive nourishment from the fluid around its body. But i can say my baby can kick and then stop kicking once i begin eating also. And it does make me feel like it must soothe my baby. I have felt my movement at 13 weeks. I will be twenty weeks tomorrow and they are just getting stronger. Surprises me everytime.

Lol who told you that. Whatever you eat the baby eats and when you eat the baby eats. Kinda common sense.

Same here last night my son was kicking none stop, I dont know about other pregnant women but when im asleep and he starts kicking alot and wakes me up and he wont stop, i get up and drink a glass of milk and eat something and he stops kicking me. I dont know if hes telling me hes hungry but im guessing because he stops everytime i eat. Try that, or change the position your laying.
