Hands and feet falling asleep while I am 8 months
I am 8 months pregnant and everyday prouably 3 times a day my feet and hands fall asleep. Is it natural that my feet and hands keep falling asleep? It is worring me!
Yes, it's normal. Annoying but normal! So long as feeling does come back and there is no pain, soreness, or red spots (signs of blood clot, usually in legs) then you're fine. Your circulation is a lot worse when pregnant so your extremities definitely can and do fall asleep.
