Hands cramps

ive been getting cramps down my left arm and in my hand for a couple of days now. Has anyone elts had this? If so is it anything to worrie about??x

me too in my right hand. woke up like tht .out of 4 pregnancies, this the only one ive had this with and yea its carpel tunnel

It's probably carpal tunnel, it's a symptom that occurs in pregnancy because there is more blood in your body and your joints are getting loose. All you can really do is wear wrist braces at night and maybe Tylenol if you really need it.
