Has anyone experiences a POSITIVE result after a few neg hpt's?

Hi all, im 24, havent been on contraceptives since the age off 22-ish. I have never been pregnant before (that i know of). my husband and I have been using the pullout method (withdrawal) method for the passed year and a half. My periods have always been regular for as long as i can remember, 30-32 days apart. My last period was on Sep 25th. My expected period was on Oct 27-iSh. And accordin to my period calender app, now I'm 18 days late. I took two Dollar store hpt's on the day of my missed period (Oct 27th), both were negative. My cousin, who works at a obgyn's office, brought me another 2 simple hpt's from her office, took both on Nov 9th (@ +/- 13 days late), both were distinctly negative. I've never skipped an entire months period until now, but my tests have popped up as negatives, yet I've been extremely tired, nauseous, hungry, low back aches before I even missed my period and my husband was the one to point it out and ask if I could be preggers! Since then, I have thrown up about 5 times, I'm super sensitive to smell, back still hurts, hungry, ive experienced the sensitive nipples for the first time today in the shower, SO hot at night I have to take a walk outside before going to bed, & with us living in New York in Nov, that's pretty brisk! But it cools me down and is the only way I can go to sleep for the past week! Lol. I sure do hope we're pregnant! When I was younger (17) I was on an acne regime prescribed by my dermatologist, called "Accutane", I've always been worried if that caused problems with my fertility. :( I've been with my husband for 3 yrs, only using the pullout method and we have literally never even had an oopsy pregnancy. :( so I DO hope we're preggers now! Please comment if you or someone you know have experiences all my symptoms and tested at home only to receive (hopefully) false positives! :)

Hi, I am now 11 weeks pregnant and I took my first two tests at what would be 6-7 weeks they were negative the at 8 weeks a clearly positive test. When in doubt make an appointment for the pregnancy blood test.

Yep! I'm e'er Weeks and got 4 negatives on the hot. I took them at 8, 9, 11&13 Weeks along! Finally got a blood test and *surprise* there's baby:)

Grr, stupid phone. I'm 23 Weeks and got four negatives on the hpt tests :)

Yep i had neg tests until i was 7 weeks with my first and 6 weeks with this one!

i have not had my period at all this month! i had a baby 3 months ago but in september 16-20 and october i had a period. my last one was october 9th-13th and now i still dont have a peirod. i took 5 test and still negative and if i am pregnant i would be 5 weeks and plus or minus days. so i know there would be a high chance of me being pregnant, but if i am why is it not showing on the HPT on first response 6 days sooner test. do any of you ladies know? i have pics of the HPTs also

Make sure to use first morning pee so the HCG is built up. That is what makes a positive test. I would go get a blood test.
