Ahhhhh no....I had headaches with my daughter but they went away after the 2nd trimester..with my 1st son they got worse and worse until I was having blindness and numbness because they were so severe.

with THIS son (my 3rd pregnany) I've had pretty consistent headaches and at 26wks they haven't really gone away yet.

My theory is that the estrogen when you carry a girl is a little friendlier to your body than the testosterone from carrying a boy...they're starting to connect PPD and pregnancy depression more closely to pregnancies with boys than pregnancies with girls...could be because of hormones from the baby!

ANyway that's been my experience with boy and girl pregnancies...WAY worse for a boy.

I have 2 girls and rarely had headaches. A friend of my had such back migraines during pregnancy she was prescribed tylenol w/ codine. She had a boy. I think every pregnancy is different and there are no specific symptoms to determine a girl or boy.

I am having my second girl and I have had some headaches, not many and only one that I took tylenol for. Problem is I have not had a boy so I dont have anything to compare with? I have never heard about this Headache theory, there are soooo many diffrent wives tales about pregnancy. What I can say though is that Headaches are common in pregnacy, no matter if you are having a boy or girl.
