Heartburn

Pregnancy heartburn !!! Help me please I have such bad heartburn and not sure how to get rid of it :(

Gaviscon. It's gross tasting, but it works. Tums quit helping me and this stuff works quickly.

I only take prilosec otc. It's the only thing that works, I swear by it!

Thanks so much ladies.  It's gotten so bad to where even water is making me feel terrible ! I went and got some tums and Zantac hopefully it helps ! I just wasn't sure if I was able to take them since there are so many medicines to stay away from during pregnancy lol

You can take Zantac before you get heartburn. Tums is typically after it has set in.  To be on the comfortable side take Zantac prior to eating, look closely at what you are eating to cause the acid buildup i.e. orange juice, tomatoes and remove it from your diet, and adjust your sleeping to a more upright position.

Tums never work for me or pepcid i am missing a stomach lining from long term acid reflux so i have to take zantac 150 and it is the only thing that works... Heartburn is the worst

Tums are a lifesaver for me I take them at least twicea day. Just don't overdue it cause they can make you constipated if you take too many.
