Well ladies for me I have tried it all at first fresh ginger tea with honey would help me, or chamomile. Now no over counter medications help I have ran out of options so I Google and one cup of water with half a tea spoon of baking soda helps me and I haven't had to drink any in like 2 or 3 days been sleeping much better. I have bad heartburn that I wake up vomiting at night. I asked my ob she said it's ok for me to have it bt not more than 3 sips every two or 3 hours. Hope it helps..I am 37 weeks and not wishing I did baking soda and water sooner

To be honest milk is one of the things that make it get worse. The best thing for u to do is to eat yougart and lettuce. Keep yougart beside ur bed and have some b4 u sleep that's what I do and it really works so well for me
