Heavy feeling in lower abdomen

I have a heavy feeling in my abdomen below my belly button. It started today and is stronger tonight. I was supposed to start my period 4 days ago, but all I had was a little bit of spotting (it was brown in color) that only lasted an hour.

I have had cramps off and on for over a week, thinking I was going to get my period but it never really came. I took an HPT the night my period was supposed to start, but it was negative.

What could this heavy feeling mean?

try to take the test in a few days and see or maybe a week goodluck brown blood is old blood and it could mean implantation bleeding or your period is coming thats how my cycles start with a muave color or brown blood.

mine feels that way as well... and if I lay on it it feels like that...also when I eat...I think I am preggers (hope so)
