im 33wks 5days. i havent had a baby shower yet and not sure if im even having one =[ so im just trying to make up a list of things i need for him.....the bottles are for when im pumping and i can put breast milk in them.
if im forgetting anything important can you ladies write it down?! im soooo nervous and feel sooo unprepared! and im not even a first time mom!!!
I went ahead and got gripe water, pain relief baby drops, Baby vapor rub, gas drops, powder, baby wash, nipple cream if u are breast feeding, diaper rash ointment, hand sanitizer, nose syringe, baby q-tips, breast pads is just a few great things to have on hand
My #1 suggestion is always to have plenty of baby gowns. Those first few weeks are always so exhausting that the LAST thing you want to deal with, when you're just around the house, is snapping and unsnapping stuff. Plus, they're really easy to change baby in/out of if there's a messy mess. :)
I highly recommend Aquaphor for a rash ointment. It not only works great but apparently doesnt sting because my five year old lets me use it when he has a rash vs anything else.
I loved using and will use this time one of those vibrating chairs, I found my boys loved being in them most of the time. Also receiving blankets, socks, slippers, you will want lots of blankets (because it is getting cooler),Swaddle Blankets, Towels & Washcloths, Fleece Sleepers NB-6mths (warmer then cotton), Car Seat Covers, Baby Monitor, Hats, and Mitts. That is all I can think of because I think you have it pretty much covered.
Also I am going threw the same thing trying to remember everything I need and this is my 3rd lol :)
Good Luck!!
well i have plenty of strollers, and blankets, and i have too many play pens....ahhhhhh!!!! i keep forgetting about the small essentials!! idk why i havent had a baby shower yet?! =[
