If you can maybe see a chiropractor....your coughing could have slipped a rib out of place slightly. That is if it isn't anxiety or something like that.

Also I started with the anxiety REAL bad with this pregnancy.
I already have anxiety attacks because I have OCD, but it gets worse when I'm pregnant.
That could be the racing heart thing you're talking about!
You may not think you're having panic attacks but I have them and don't even know it sometimes till I start with the heart palp's I often get when I'm having one.

Pregnancy is a big stress on a woman. Mentally and physically.
Good luck and keep us posted!

I have alot of trouble breathing when I'm pregnant too and it usually starts off around the 20th week with both of my pregnancies.
Your uterus is growing with your growing baby and is pushing up on organs and moving everything outta the way to make room.

You having a cold could be the cause of it hurting when you breathe though.
You may wanna consult your doctor to make sure you haven't developed any lung infections.
I have an ear infection and it's draining into my throat and getting into my lungs and caused me to develope a lung infection. I'm on antibiotics right now and they aren't working so I gatta go back to the docs this week.
You're more suseptable to getting sick when you're pregnant.

As for the leg cramps, I get them too. I think most pregnant women do.
Aches and pains anywhere on your body during pregnancy is usually normal. ESPECIALLY joint and muscle pain.
Pregnancy causes your ligaments n what not in your joints to losen up, causing pains in your knees, ankles, hips, sholders, fingers, etc. and should subside after your pregnancy.

It doesn't matter what side you sleep on to make your pain lessen and your comfort be better.
Most docs and people will tell you to lay on your left side with pillows between your knees, but my doc told me that even though sometimes it'll help relieve the pressure from the baby on your nerves- to lay in a position that is most comfortable to YOU.

Honestly, I preferred my right side until I started getting real big.
I'm 35 weeks now and there is no such thing as a comfortable position for me anymore. lol
Do what you can to stay comfortable because it gets harder and harder as the weeks go by!
If you're concerned I would still talk to your doc about it. Just because you're not feeling well doesn't mean your little one is too! As early in your pregnancy as you still are, fetal movement still isn't regular. Until I approached my 3rd trimester, I never felt my daughter or my son that I'm pregnant with now on a daily basis. Somedays I'd feel alot of movement all day, some days I would only feel them a couple times.
You baby is still really small and can be in positions where his movements are as noticeable!

I would definately bring it up to your doctor, but everything you listed sounds completely normal! It's normal to have leg cramps,(just stretch it out, that'll make them go away) and I had nose bleeds with my daughter when I was pregnant with her all the time! I haven't had them yet with this baby, and we're almost 31 weeks, but every pregnancy is different. When you feel like you can't breathe, are you over-doing it? Defiantely sit down and relax when you feel this way. I'm sure your baby is just fine sweetie, but anytime you feel concerned about something, don't wait to call your doctor. That's what they're there for, ok? :) Be sure and update after your u/s tomorrow! Try not to worry and just take it easy!

And another reason pregnant women have a racing heart and shortness of breath are anxiety and panic attacks. Chest pains usually accompany that as well. Best to see your doctor about it.

At 22 weeks you won't feel consistent moving.

Anytime you have issues with breathing you should put a call in to your doctor and see what they have to say.

The leg cramps STINK!!! I get them, too. A tip to help alleviate it- don't point your toes. Instead flex your foot. It should cause the pain to stop almost immediately. Part of the reason you may be experiencing the cramps is dehydration. Make sure you cut out caffeinated drinks and you need to be drinking about 80 ounces of water a day while pregnant. That should also help the nosebleeds stop.

I also found that I got short of breath and had a racing heart when I needed more water. It sounds like you might be dehydrated in my unprofessional opinion.
