Tucks is supposed to be pretty good. Dont know from experience but thats what ive heard

I heard witch hazel wipes and liquid helps! I'm a ftm so don't have any yet as I'm only 11w I hope you find relief though

I've had one for over a month it doesn't bother me anymore but when it did hurt I relieved it by warm baths, ice pack, prep h, and I would sleep with a tucks wipe on it.
