High risk physician who can place cerclage

Hi,

I recently had a Second trimester miscarriage when I was 20 weeks and 5 days on Jan 10, 2008. I lost my baby girl. Doctor said it is due to "Incompetence cervix". My OBGYN also said my future pregnancies will be High risk and Cerclage needs to be placed in 12 to 14 weeks. Does anyone know a "High Risk Physician" in NY who is well- experienced in Cerclage placement? Please let me know so that I can prepare myself for the next pregnancy with much confidence.
