Hip Pain

I have an issue with sleeping at night because my hips hurt. I'm currently 19 wks n 4 days. What can I do to solve this and does it get worse the farther along I get?

It hasn't gotten worse for me and I'm 38 weeks! I just took Tylenol extra strength when my hips were spreading. I remember being early on and feeling that horrible pain, I couldn't sleep at all! Hopefully that'll help and you don't have to deal with it further along down the road.

I have issues also but not just at night and I'm going to a chiropractor to reset my hips and a nerve that was pinched with my first daughter ...if your only having pain at night you can try stretching before bed and use a pillow between your knees to help align them but if your consistently having the pain you should advise your doctor and see what they can recommend or refer you to a chiropractor also ...hope you get relief

Oh yes it gets worse. I'm due in three days and I can barely walk my pelvic bone is killing me and my hips feel horrible. The bigger and lower the baby gets the more it hurts. To sleep put a pillow between your legs to relieve pressure and one under your tummy. Pillows will become your best friend lol. Hope it gets better!
