Hip pain

So, it hurts to lay on my side for more than 5 or 10 mins at a time. Do u have any suggestions on what i can do? I know it sounds strange but everytime i have a contraction, it eases the hip pain.  If this continues, these last 6 weeks are going to  be torture!

Hip pain is usually all caused by the baby. Stretching as well. If it hurts to lay on both sides try propping some pillows up behind you and than out some under your knees to prop them up a little and take deep breaths.
