Question

To all pregnant ladies.  When you first found out you were pregnant, during your 2WW did any of you have AF symptoms that disappeared to almost non existance up to the day you got your BFP?  Last week i had really sore boobs where you really couldn't touch them but it's kind of wore off there not as sore, i had cramps after ovulation rather than during this month and again cramps have worn off slightly.

I know i should wait until after friday to test but i was just looking for some of your experiences as i would really like to be pregnant this month. Thanks again!!

thanks penggal1 discharge seems to have stopped for the moment buts cramps keep coming and going i'm really disappointed this month i really thought we had made it with the positive OPK's so roll on friday so AF can show her ugly face for good

My boobs where in pain from ovualtion through to almost now, and im 18w, dont remember that letting up at all. But other then that i really couldnt tell i was prego.

thanks Ker84, i think AF is going to arrive on time as i was having a light brown discharge this morning which i usually get before AF is due, in all honesty i've given up hoping for a BFP as after 29 months of ttc going onto my 30th month i'm beginning to feel it's never going to happen.  I've spoken to so many women on this site and i feel as if i'm the only one still left waiting on my BFP.  Only time will tell i've only got 3 days to go but i really don't believe i'm pregnant this month.  Thanks again for the comment i really appreciate it thanks

Hi there,

This happened to me last month! My boobs were incredibly tender, i couldnt touch them, lay on them or anything! Putting a bra on was also quite painful!  I also had stomach cramps for a week.  My boobs and cramps lasted for just over a week during the time i was expecting AF to arrive.  Then all of a sudden they disappeared and AF didnt arrive.  I tested a few times after AF didnt arrive but everytime it was negative.  Then on day 41 2 weeks after my pains and 2 weeks late AF arrived!!!!  I just thought i would share that with you.  Not because i want to dampen your bubble or spoil the exciting thought that you could be pregnant but just to help you keep level headed and not feel that heart draining feeling we all get when we get our hopes up and then are disappointed when AF arrives!  I believe if you expect the worse then when something good happens it truely feels like a miracle and also that way nothing can be too unexpected and disappointing!

Thanks very much but i've woken up this morning to a light brown discharge and a few cramps so deffo think AF will arrive by friday as planned, can't get disappointed as i'm so used to seeing a BFP every month.  Best of luck to everyone ttc.

gillianl how are you?? haven't seen you around much this cycle....I got AF cramps and felt like it was about to start the week before the week leading up to my BFP. so I guess that would be right around implantation? Idk but I'm really hoping this is your month!!!!

I would like to add my story as i hope this may be useful for some - for cycles i was symptom spotting and noting every twinge and pull etc and every time along came af right on time 

This time i had no symptoms at all in my TWW - no nothing i thought in the last week  i will start getting pms but nothing - I had this sense of being happy . The last few days i was testing nothing then 10dpo the faintest of faintest lines i thought came up on the cb easy - so DH went the next day to get me some tests and he came back with cb digi with conception indicator - BFP at 11dpo 1-2 weeks 
I am now 8 weeks - so all you out there on your TWW dont give up hope if you are not getting any signs!!! good luck to you all x

the only thing i noticed was a lot of acne...which i never get and stuff tasted really salty and i only put that together with being pregnant when i noticed my AF was late. i thought i was pregnant 2 months before i got my bfp and i had every symptom in the book and turned out not being pregnant. in august when i got my bfp i had been really busy with work and didnt notice any symptoms at all but a friend of mine noticed i was really tired and was complaining about the tastes of things and asked if i could be pregnant and i was like "what no, yeah right im not pregnant" i took the test the day after i missed af and was indeed pregnant. so id say it looks like no signs are a good sign.....good luck!!

The only symptom I had before AF was due was an aversion to smells. Everything seemed to turn my stomach, especially the smell of cooked food. Good luck!

When I got pregnant with this baby, I didn't have any symptoms (of AF or being pregnant) until I was actually due for AF....then I had some mild cramping.  Nausea started when I was 2 days late for AF - which is the day I tested and got my BFP.

I just got my BFP last Tuesday which puts me at 4 weeks and 4 days today b/c having a short 24 day cycle.  I really didn't feel too much of anything...  I mean I had some AF type symptoms but NOTHING was exaggerated like I imagined it would.  Matter of fact, I felt perfectly fine but the only two reasons is #1 my OPK was positive (strong & dark) when AF was due and AF didn't come that day or the next.  

I could remember having some stomach cramps and stuff but it was so random and pretty much alot of the time during the end of my last cycle up until I was due for my next, I put it up to be indigestion and stuff.  Everything I had issues with could have been chalked up to be PMS or indigestion or something which is all normal for me.

The only symptom I had that was different from symptoms of AF was being overly tired.  But I had the light cramping and sore boobs that lead me to think AF was on her way, but instead I got a BFP.  Good Luck!

I don't have the answer to your question but I just wanted to wish you luck. I am 10 DPO and I don't have any symptoms whatsoever. I am hoping this is a good sign though because last month I would of put money on being pregnant. I had EVERY symptom you can imagine and AF showed right on time.
