How do I know when I'm ovulating????

I had a miscarriage on April 1st.  Before the miscarriage my cycles were between 30-32 days apart every month.  I know you can check your temps and cervical mucous, but I never have and egg white cm, its always like lotion.  Its always been like that, ever since I can remember.  I just really want to have another baby.  Can someone help me figure this out, Please!!!!

Hiya here is an interesting link, with all sorts info that may help.i personnally dont produce ewcm like yourself creamy, however ive started a new method of checking my cervix as well as cm.for some women who dont see it in our knickers, presume we dont have it,but by checking your cervix ,you can check fluid then, obviously you may not feel comfortable doing it i wasnt to start.but in a brilliant book taking charge of your fertility explains how,and i have since this cycle been able to find ewcm.as pp temping is also good.and ovk best of luck..

i have been so confused on O too....all the ladies told me to get OPK and go from there

i read online that drinking green tea is supposed to be good...i also heard that muciinex work to help identify your mucous....maybe try some of that?

if I am preg right now...than that means I O'd between CD9 - CD12...which would seem early but it could be my body getting bakc on track

the only way you will know for sure is to do OPKs....also you can try temping

the one thing i have learned is that its really tough to know when you O after a mc...your body just does its own type of thing

best of luck to you

Well you can still BD when you have CM. Some women don't produce the EWCM. And we already know you can get pregnant as you have been before. As far as cycle length, it may be longer after your loss, making it hard to know exactly when you ovulate. Best bet is to use OPKs or BD when you see CM!
