How do you tell the difference.

So I am 37+3days. I haven't had or haven't felt any Braxton hicks my whole pregnancy. Last night I started to feel tightening on my lower abdomen and back, and pressure in my pelvic area. They have come ever since. First every 6 or so hours, then gradually more frequently  to every 3 or so hours now. I know you guys aren't doctors, but should I call mine? I don't know if my water has broken or not, there's an increase of discharge, but I was reading that's normal at the end. No blood. Anyone..?

So just a trickle not like a dischargyness? Lol. Is it a color? Or smell?

Even if those are contractions they could go on for days if they are every 3 hours apart. When your water breaks it's either a gush like you wet your pants or a trickle like your peeing. I would call your doctor but your probably ok a while.

Thank you, I'll call the next time, just to make sure that they don't stop if I change positions. I'm nervous now!  Haha
