Nothing should be due at 11 weeks.  Your next ultrasound will probably be between 18-22 weeks but that depends on your OB office.  Quad screens or AFP should be the next blood work due but that is only at 16 weeks.  At your next appt they will probably try to listen for the heartbeat (although some done until after 12 weeks but you will be close) and just ask you how you are feeling.  The appt will be short and simple.  Congratulations.

What is a usg? At 11 weeks I had my NT scan which included an ultrasound to check for the baby's spinal cord, and to check for any abnormalities, as well a blood test is done in addition to see your odds of having a child with any abnormalities including down syndrome, trisomy 18 and one other one I cannot think of at the moment.

There are probably not anymore tests or ultrasounds before the end of the first trimester, unless you have some kind of complications.  At around 18 weeks, they will give you the option for a genetic blood test, which tests for the odds of having a down syndrome baby.  Then, around the same time, 17-20 weeks, they do a full anatomical ultrasound.  This ultrasound is very in-depth, they measure and check the limbs and organs for any abnormalities, and they should tell you the gender of your baby, if you want to know.  Good luck!
