Tylenol is the only thing u can take if they get to severe and not relieved by it u may want to make a doctor appointment

I suffer from migraines and its ok to take excedrin tension but only that type. I don't take it often only if its really bad

Tylenol. Get the rapid release gelcaps those things work in like 15mins for me :)

I get severe headaches all the time and my obgyn gave me fiorecet, it's safe to take while pregnant.
