I am so scared. I knew to stay away from sushi, but I didn't know lox was raw! i always thought it was cooked and I ate it on a bagel at a seafood restuaraunt. I was 10 weeks at the time and now I am 23. I am so scared. Has anyone else eaten lox during their pregnancy?
If I had listeria at 10 weeks, would it still show up in my blood test?

to my knowledge lox is actually salt cured and/or cold smoked so it is not entirely "raw" and is compleatly different than eating sushi... i really wouldnt worry about it, but if its really bothering you i would ask your dr. he/she can probably give you a better insight as to any ill effects that it may or may not have caused.
