I have brown discharge-bleeding

yes im not pregnant but trying to conceive, i have this brownish blood i get before my period every month and is brownish discharge or blood im not sure but i do 5 days of that and right after that i do 5 days of heavy bleeding, now last month i started the brown stuff on th 16 th of feb and ended on the 20th and on the 20th started the heavy bleeding(period) and lasted til the 25th and that was february now comes march, yesterday the 10th i started the brownish thing again and now im scarred cause i really thouight i was gonna be pregnanat but i guess my periods coming since thats how its always been, i just spot this brown stuff and my period aint suppose to come for another 2 weeks im very very confuse!!! please help me!!!

Take a test when your period is due. You CAN have spotting/light bleeding while pregnant.
It's usually harmless but can result to something else. Right now, I am 1 week 1 day late for my period and I have brown spotting too. I took a test this morning and got a BFN. So I can still test if my period doesn't eventually come.

If your test is negative when you take it around your period, or after it's late, get a beta done from your doctor. Spotting doesn't necessarily mean that your not pregnant.

thank u for ur response, it helped a lil, im just wondering why im spotting brownish so early if last month i didnt start the brownish til the 16th and my period period didnt come til the 20th??? why do u think im having this brownish stuff so early???

Women's cycles can change without notice. For many different reasons actually.
Diet, new medications, lack of exercise, weight gain or loss, illness, stress... The list goes on and on. It's completely normal to have a wacky cycle sometimes out of the blue. It really depends on when you ovulated. That can determine your next period. It could be implantation bleeding which comes sometimes before your period most times. Some have it throughout their pregnancy. Doesn't hurt to take a test to find out. =) And brown blood is usually old blood.

so did u get ur period yet? cause i seen u talking to someone and told her ur test this morning was negative and u thought u seen red right now? so whats that im new at this sorry i just came to this site earlier today and im just getting to know some lil words, so u had brown discharge too and now u had ur period? so im assuming im gettin my period too:-( me and my hubby were really wanting to have another,  and he has been very confident that i am that i am and he is like so sure he got me pregnant  this time!!Lol!!

Yeah, I think my period may be coming. I'm not too sure cause I seen red but it's still kind of brown. I'm just going to see how it goes. I'm not cramping at all. I'll know by tomorrow hopefully if it's my period. I don't know if I have it yet or not.

But, don't think that your getting it just because I had that too. MANY women have said that they got the brownish discharge and were pregnant.

I know youve probably heard alot of storyes and i really like this forum its cool ive actually never been to this sight before its my first time but its cool, nice people and ask anything OMG!!! anyways well I thought that thought because to me this is normal i always get the brown stuff before my period but this time it came to early and me and my hubby really thought i was gonna be pg but ill wait and see what happens i guess, i have a feeling its my period but i dnt know i guess just wait and see....

Yeah I sometimes get it too.. But, usually really close to my period. I should have started no later than the 3rd. It's about to be the 12th.

hi im new and i am also having the brownish discharge for 3 days now and just seen today a little light blood i have mirena but i am due to get it removed due to it being out of place not protecting me so i don't know if i could be pregnant again or not i have 2

hi im new and i am also having the brownish discharge it is now my 11th day and i am also wondering why this is happening? This has never happened before , on the 2nd of sept. My husband and i did have unproteced sex im bc and when i got back home i took the pill and on the 3rd or 4th cant remember, the brownish discharge started. My breast have been tender and i have been experimenting pain/ache in my hips and at times i get dizzy these symptoms i dont get when im on my period. so i just wanting to know what is going on. I have a dr appt on the 22nd but that is still a week away .

okay im really confuse. i had my cycle on the 18th of dec and went off on the 24th. it is now the 2nd of january, and for the past 3 days ive been going back and forth to the bathroom (#2 lol) and yesterday i have been cramping all day and also having some dark brown discharge. anyone help

Hi i didnt have a period for december jan 4 came i had one them for 5 days then the 28 of jan came it is a light pink mucus then its is a brown color Im off really Now it comes and go Does anyone know What it could be
