I have had an upset stomach that comes and goes for two weeks, Am i pregnant?
Only a pregnancy test will tell. Symptoms mean nothing. I've had symptoms and not been pregnant and I've been pregnant and not had symptoms. It just depends. If a home pregnancy test comes back neg and then you still don't get your period after another week or so test again or go the the dr for a blood test.
