Generally women tend to lose weight during the first trimester so that is a plus. Over weight women tend to store more nutrients and fat so the weight loss shouldn't have an effect on the baby. Walk as much as possible. Walking is a great way to lose weight just put on your ipod and walk :) You should also try prenatal yoga. It is a great way to tone and great strong it also relaxes and the stretching is great. Try and eat small meals every 4 hours. I hope this helps a little. I am very happy for you and hope all goes well for you during your pregnancy. I tested twice over the holiday weekend and got BFN's if AF doesn't show by Friday the 29th I will be testing again. ohh thank you so very very much! I tested 11dpo and got a positive which was 12/24 I am very excited I just dont want to gain to much weight. My doctor will be all over me..... I appreciate it very much!
Congratulatons on your BFP!! When did you test? I am a personal trainer so I will look into some healthy diets that will help you lose weight w/o hurting the baby. I'll send you a personal message when I come up with something.
