I need urgent advice! please!

I am 4 weeks pregnant and my symptoms have stopped for two days. I have this sense of doom like I've miscarried. Is it silly to go in and get my hcg checked? There is a history of miscarriage on both sides, and I'm really stressed about it. I feel kinda silly going in when I just found out I'm pregnant a week ago. Please help.

Just relax and try to enjoy the moment. I know you are concerned, but just drink lots of water, take your prenatal vitamins, and eat healthy... I was at the er when I was 7 weeks, because I had a light spotting,  but they checked and told me everything its ok. I'm 13 weeks now. So if you want to go to get checked thats good too...and there's no silly question :)

I'm about to be 16 weeks .. I didn't find out I was pregnant until I was 9 weeks. There were many of times I thought I had a miscarriage because I didn't get sick that day or I had a fever ... I psyched myself out.  Don't stress , I'm sure you'd know if you did if there's no blood then you should be fine.

Symptoms come and go. You could always get checked,  but i think you're just really worried about having a miscarriage. It's normal for symptoms to randomly come and go though

If you miscarried you would surely know. Your so early in your pregnancy most people don't even realize they are pregnant or really have symptoms.

No, I'm not. But I did pass out a week ago and I was running a slight fever on and off yesterday.
