I really need help PLEASE

I just had my first baby and I had to get stitches. Now 4 days later I haven't been able to pass a blood clot and its sitting right there putting a lot of pressure on my stitches, its pretty big. Is there anything that I can do to remove it without having to go to the doctor or hospital? Also, I stopped breastfeeding and my breast are as hard as rocks and I don't know what to do.

Try to take a nice warm sitz bath, where the water isn't so high and you can use epsom salt with it. Then go back and forth to see if the water can remove the clot for you, if not then I would suggest seeing your doc.

The breasts will continue to be rock solid for a few more days. It is called engorgement, and it can be pretty painful. Nice warm water from a shower can help relieve the pressure and pain from that as well.
