I think im still pregnant

Well recently I had been going through not having a period since Sept. 22 and I have start growing and still is growing a bump down there see pics. I been sleeping, not sleeping, i started to eat breakfast something I dont do, very nausea and tender and sore breats and nipples. Weeks before and I got my period Dec. 25 still on very light (I had 3 heavy cramp days and now i just have little cramps barely bleeding). My doctor had me take provera on Dec. 17 suppose to take 10 but only took four because I was scared that I was pregnant 4 days later I start brown spotting for a day then next day I got blow flow with little clots and lots of cramps same on the second day. Not my normal period was I have irregular and have gone so far of 194 days no period but I wasn't TTC. When I had the cramps they were more in my back  and lower abdomen. Usually my period cramps are in my pelvic area my my legs and it only last one day. I guess if I didnt have the bump and still sleep alot I wouldn't think I still pregnant. Want to make an appointment but dont want an disappointment either. Have now clue what to do other then just keep taking the prenatal plus vitamins until I get so more symptoms. Have anyone been through this and still in up pregnant? Any advice is helpful right now.

Has your doc given you pregnancy test? Blood work? Have you done home tests? If you have been pregnant since September you should know by now

I would do a test before making another apt. And then either way go see your doctor
