I wish..!!
The pregnancy was one size fits all. As it they will tell you THIS is what exactly is going to happen and THIS is what's going on with you. I know that every pregnancy is different so its never a definet answer but it'd be so much easier if it was the same for everyone. Like me just now at 3:07 am I woke up to wetness down below I couldn't control. I freaked hopped up and ran to the bathroom. Obviously thinking I'm wetting myself ( hasn't happened since I was in diapers) anyways I did go to the bathroom but I could control that, feel the difference. Then when I wiped there was a ton of discharged like a good clump of it. Clear but thick and alot of it. Finally went to lay down again (a wet stop in the bed with no particular smell) and still feels wet down there.. idk if it was part of my water that broke or...??? My final due date is the 22nd so in a few days. I've had nothing major as far as cramps it contractions ( just a few tines here and there) grrrr I just wish that it was more...predictable or straight forward I hate not knowing exactly what's going on...
If your water broke you need to get the hospital cause you have deliver within a certain time frame because of infection good luck
Ooo yayy.. Haha I remember thinking **** these pains are wayyyy bad at one stage. So i went into the hospital, lady asked on a scale how bad where the pains, i said 8 HAHAHAHA.. This was my first child so to me at the time they were bad.. By the next days contractions if i could of gone back and answered her again. I would have said 1 haha. I seriously thought oh my god this is it... It was nothing! Lol
That was my plan aswell but no I caved when I just had enough, the last half hour so 10minutes before i knew I had to start pushing & 20minutes whilst pushing till she was born I.had gas.. If i had of known there was only half an hour left I wouldnt have bothered.. But just quietly i loves the feeling of the gas lol so il definately try that again haha.. Have u had any sort of pains yet? I had period type pains start an hour after my waterbroke, so hopefully u start feeling something really soon!
Did you go all natural? No pain meds? That's my plan, if I can help it. I'm hoping I can breathe through it. I tend to tense up and hold breath when I've had a contraction or two. So ill kustbhave to remind myself. And tell my husband to make me breathe lol! Yeah I'm with you on no stitches before and deffinetly don't want them down under!!! Hahaha
Umm, controlled breathing was one thing that help me most while contractions were at their peak & during pushing.. The one thing i was terrified of was having stitches (ive never had them before & i def didnt want the first time experiencing stitches in my vagina haha) i listened so carefully to the nurse telling me when to breathe, when to push & when to stop, i did exactly wat she said and yay no stitches.. Oh & being in the shower on the birthing chair with my partner with the hose attachment on my back and belly helped relax me through the last part of contractions, but wait for a shower or bath till u get to hospital & have antiobotics :)
(: alright ill get on it. And hopefully he comes that fast for me! Eeek!!! I'm super excited. I'm going to let my husband sleep for a few more hours while I get to work! Thanks ladies!!!any other birthing advice or anything I'd love to hear

If your keen to get it on the road now then go for a walk, let gravity do its thing lol.. I can imagine ur way too excited to sleep but thats what i did while I had little contractions after my water breaking. And im glad i did, she was born 24hours after my waters broke.. Just remember u need antiobotics 18hours after ur water breaking to stop infection, but hopefully you've had your bubba by then. Goodluck :)))

Yes get walking and bouncing on a ball. Thatll help bring them on. Call your dr though cause if no contractions start after a certain time theyll wanna bring you in for getting them started so either way itll happen soon :D
Ah! I'm excited, I was hoping my water would break and I'd get to see it instead of a doctor doing it. No contractions as of yet.. should I be up moving around to bring them on or??? I'm so ready to get delivery over with (:
Sounds like it could be your waters. Stick a pad on and see if it wets over the next hour? Or call dr? Ive been having luck. Had pain since 12am which has kept me up all night pretty much. Getting irregular but very strong and painful contractions now and its 11.34am. Seeing midwife at 1.45 anyway so ill go to that appt and see if im dilated n if she thinks im in early labour. If not ill ask for my 3rd sweep which should surely get it progressing faster. Really hope it was your waters cause youll be holding your lil baby very soon :)
