Nipple Stimulation, Castor Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Raspberry Leaf Tea, Bouncing on your birth ball or whatever It's called . Honestly haven't tried any of these, juss things I remember reading from ladies on here. =-]
Tried it all and im now 40+6. None of it works. All the ones that Lanny suggested. Plus sex and exercise. But I think none of it works. It's a coincidence when it does work. Can't force baby to come till they are ready.
I saw on here that someone mentioned pressure points on your feet... and someone mentioned that the core of a pineapple is where the most of the stuff you want, that helps induce labour...? I'm a ftm and not close to going in labour (29) weeks... but these are things I've read from people on here.
I read that it had to be fresh pineapple not canned so maybe try that... Walk a lot if you can not fast, it just helpa yoy dilate & I've also read blue and black cohish or cohosh is a home remedy.... I dobt know how well they work because I never tried but I did walk a lot & it helped me dilate
