No, your best bet is to go get a blood test Hun. More than a few women test negative on urine pregnancy tests for up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. Their only way of knowing is blood test. So call your doctor and find out for sure. No more guessing. If there is a baby in there, it's important to know and start your prenatals.

It very well could be psychosomatic.  Or it could be the stress of TTC.  It's rare, but not unheard of, to have false negative urine tests.  If you still are unsure, it wouldn't hurt to ask your doc if s/he would be willing to do a blood test. Just a simple qualitative HCG test.

Well, even for those who have consistent, regular periods, it's not uncommon to suddenly miss one.  It could be stress, illness, medication you have taken, or just a fluke anovulatory cycle.  If the tests have been negative it's a pretty sure thing that you are NOT pregnant. Sometimes our bodies just do wacky things.  I would wait one more cycle (or the equivelant of one month) and if you still have not gotten your period, make an appt with your gyn.
