I'm full of the questions today.. sorry ladies

I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow and was wondering should I be feeling anything when I touch my belly.. my stomach seems flatter than ever now. I've had freinds say they felt a little ball type thing but then again I hear ppl say they don't notice anything... which is me.. I know the baby is fine and everything so I'm not worried I'm just curious of if I should or should not be feeling anything from just touching my belly..

i'll be 11 weeks on Friday and I feel a bulge in my lower stomach...it's firmer than the rest of my stomach (above my belly button).  I've felt it since I found out I was pregnant.  I'm not sure if it's just because I'm bloated or it's just my imagination but my hubby also says he can see a slight bulge that's kinda firm to the touch.

I'd like to know the sex as soon as I could, but I know I the later you wait the more accurate it is...at my first visit my dr said he usually likes to do that at 24 weeks which I thought was a little late.. So I'm hoping maybe around 20 weeks I'll know.. but I guess we'll see..

Yes, your weight has something to do with it... The heavier you are, the harder it is to feel it..... But you should be fine.... Don't worry. pretty soon you'll be so swollen you won't be able to see your feet! *LOL*

It took me a while to figure out how to "feel" my uterus but once I did, it was really easy to find it after that. At 13 weeks, my uterus was peeking out just about a half inch from under my pubic bone. As for the little "ball," I JUST started feeling it (and it's actually the baby) a few days ago when the doctor was poking around measuring things. Curiosity got the best of me and I felt around for myself, and sure enough, the baby was resting right above my bladder. Just think - only 3 more weeks to get to 16 weeks!

Are you going to want to know the sex of the baby once it is big enough to tell?

Either you aren't sure what to feel for, or the uterus is still tucked behind your pubic bone (it should be just now coming over the uterus bone so it's still really low).

I'm not really sure if weight has anything to do with it. I'm 5' 7" and 115 lbs., so maybe.

Yeah, I know the baby is very active because he or she kept moving away from the doppler, I just wish I could feel it.. I know it'll be a few weeks, I hope to feel it around 16 instead of later, does weight have anything to do with it.. I'm around 5'4 and 118lbs,

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I wasn't able to actually feel her until I was about  20 to 22 weeks pregnant. I started feeling her moving around in my belly when I was 16 weeks. It is so fun looking forward to those sort of things. Best of luck!!!

Your uterus is only in your pelvic area now so its normal not to feel anything. :)
