Implant bleeding?

Hello,
I wanted to get some advise and or hear any other stories you may have regarding implant bleeding.
I started ovulating roughly 7 days ago. I had intercourse with my husband 6 days ago. I then had a smear test 3 days ago and once the test was completed it showed blood but the nurse told me it was absolutely normal to bleed slightly.
I had a tiny bit if blood in my underwear that evening. Anyway today I went to the bathroom to wipe and there was a tiny bit of blood but light so not like a period. I have lower back pain, I'm feeling sick and hungry but this could all be period symptoms! Plus my nipples hurt... Anyway what I really want answers for is could this be implant bleeding? It isn't heavy and only happens occasionally when I wipe. I guess my period isn't due for another week.
Any answers or thoughts will be appreciated. Thank you.

The bleeding might be from a sensitive cervix. Or a possible pregnancy
