Implantation Bleeding? Or me going crazy?

I posted something similar earlier, but I am SO confused.

I am only 6 DPO.  I'm very sure on my ovulation date because both my BBT and my OPK coincide.

So, today I get up and have a little brown on the tissue when I wipe.  I've heard implantation bleeding happens anywhere from 6-12 DPO, but I don't want to get my hopes up.  If this is AF, I have a MAJOR luteal phase defect I'm afraid. :-(

So, I go to the bathroom again and take a bowel movement (sorry for TMI) and wipe, and this time there is a lot larger quantity of brownish/reddish substance.  

If this IS implantation bleeding, I'd just like to hear from anyone who has experienced this what they went through. And if this IS AF, I guess I need to see an RE and figure out why my luteal phase was only 6 days this cycle.  Any help would be so appreciated.

Im in the same boat as you honey! I was due to get AF yesterday and yesterday and today i have had light brown spotting so im unsure if its AF being nice and letting me have an easy month or if its AF starting to build me up for a bad AF or if its implantation i just dont know! I tested and got a BFN so i guess AF is brewing!!!! :-(

Update. . . Well, I am still having some light bleeding.  It is very light, but the color is very similar to AF, so. . . I am continuing to temp though, and this morning, my temp remains high.  I'm trying to hope for the best, but I don't like this bleeding stuff.  It is throwing me off and discouraging me more than anything.

Thanks guys!  I hope it's all good news.  I'm not expecting AF for 8 days, so this was a huge surprise.

it could be implantation bleeding i wish you lots of baby dust :)

after a bowel movement there tends to be more cm mucus  because of the pressure of clearing the bowels.. so i could be implantation bleeding. lots of baby dust coming you way.

Unfortunately, it could be either one.  If your temp stays high tomorrow, I would think that there is a good chance that this is IB.  Good luck girl and tons of baby dust!!!!

My coverline temp is about 97.6 according to FF, and my temp this morning was 97.79, which is lower than the temp yesterday of 97.99.  I don't know if this is just normal fluctuation or if it is starting to come down due to AF.

Is your temp still high?  If so, then this could be IB.  My temp normally will start the drop the day before AF comes.  But since this is your first month to chart, you may not know if that same thing happens to you.  Or at the very least, your temp may drop the day AF is to start.  Keep on charting away.  If your temps stay high, there is a good chance that this is IB.
