Inducing Myself

I'm 40 weeks and 4 days and still no labor contractions, seldom Braxton hicks and irritability out this world with my pregnancy. I normally weigh around 135 and I am currently 198 due to my pregnancy. I am having a baby girl and right now I am looking for anything and everything to help speed the process up a little bit. Any suggestions, advice or comments please help!!!

But my next Appt is next week I go every week now and all I want is to have my baby girl. I hope this next exam helps out a little more because I'm about tired of having them and I'm about tired of bei pregnant, don't get me wrong I'm happy she's healthy as can be but I'm just not coping too well with all this weight. I'm doing everything to soothe myself but at the rate she's been growing I've already been told she's 7.8 pounds and 22 inches long and I'm only 5'9 and naturally weight around 140 idk how much longer I can wait I hope by Sunday her due date that she's here or I know they are going to have to induce me for sure

Ive tried walking,  sex, the tea, castor oil, pineapples like crazy, all the pressure points possible, nipple stimulation,  jumping jacks, and exercise ball. Nones worked so far. Dehydration lol... that made me have contractions 2 mins apart but then they gave me 2 bags of fluids and it slowed them down and they sent me home

Nothing has worked for me so far. I wouldn't do castor oil as it can make you very sick, but I've heard it works. I have tried walking, red raspberry leaf tea, spicy food, sex, bouncing, all the roads here are bumpy, squats, dancing...no luck. I figure if nothing else, at least they are healthy for me, right?

I was in birthing classes last night and our teacher who is a doula said the pressure point between your index finger and thumb helps trigger labour. I'm only 35+5 right now so I'm not going to try it until he's full term but maybe try it? See if it works? I've also heard there are some spots on your feet that help too, not sure where they are located but I'm sure you could Google it to find out.

I'm only 2 cm and have been for 2 weeks now, and I'm trying it's just to the point where I'm overwhelmed with this pregnancy and these exercises I've been trying aren't doing anything but making me more sore and less energetic. You heard of that nesting stage or no?

I wouldn't advise all the oil stuff but just keep walking & having sex. Are u dilating any?  At your next appointment who knows your ob may strip your membranes & they may admit u. Just hang in there hunny! Anyday now. Who knows,  your water may break! That's exciting!

Hot curry, eating pineapple and drinking raspberry leaf tea are meant to help as well as walking and having sex...
